It is the purpose of this ordinance to administer the HAF program in a manner that provides for the fair and equitable assistance to all eligible persons who apply for assistance, and provide a means to assure that the Tribe's actions are in full compliance with standards applicable to the Homeowner Assistance Funds ("HAF Program Funds") received from the U.S. Treasury pursuant to Section 3206 of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, P.L.
