The losing party may prevent the issuance of a writ of execution or judicial sale, by presenting to the Tribal Court sufficient proof that said party has made payment of the judgment to the prevailing party, or is willing to commence payment of the judgment to the prevailing party, upon terms acceptable to the prevailing party and the Court. Upon such proof, the Tribal Court shall not issue a writ of execution, and, if one has been issued, shall rescind the order.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
