In this chapter "foreign judgment" means any judgment, decree, or order of a court of the United States or of any other court which is entitled to full faith and credit in the tribal court. "Judgment debtor" means any person against whom a judgment was entered in any court, and against whom enforcement is sought in Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Court.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
