Every decision made by the Commission constituting an order or decision shall be effective and enforced fourteen (14) days after it has been filed and has been served by personal delivery or by mailing a copy thereof to all parties to the proceeding in which the decision was made or to their attorneys, unless the Commission specifies a different date upon which the order or decision shall be effective.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
