Every Utility operating or conducting business on the Reservation shall keep on file with the commission a tariff for each Utility Service provided on the Reservation, containing all the rules, rates and classifications used by it in the provision of its Utility Services. Tariffs shall provide notice of any limitations on liability claimed by the Utility.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
