(a) A fee of $5 shall be paid to the department for the original issuance of a non-expiring registration plate for any vehicle owned by the Lac Courte Oreilles and operated exclusively in service of the public. (b) A fee of $5 shall be paid to the department for the original issuance of a non-expiring registration plate for vehicles used by the Lac Courte Oreilles Law Enforcement Department exclusively in the performance of their duties.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
