VEH.4.3.080 Adoption of State Laws

(a) The Tribe has adopted the following statutes from the Wisconsin Statutes, however if there is an inconsistency between the adopted Wisconsin Statutes adopted herein, and the Tribal Law, Tribal Law shall supersede the Wisconsin Statute. The following are hereby adopted:

(1) Wis. Stat. 23.33(4c) "Intoxicated Operation of an All-Terrain Vehicle or Utility Terrain Vehicle;"

(2) Wis. Stat. 23.33(7) "Accidents;" and

(3) Wis. Stat. 23.33(8)(f) "Interference with signs and standards prohibited."
