(a) Any ATV/UTV that is confiscated by Tribal Law Enforcement may be released at the reservation boundary or at the registered residence of the ATV/UTV owner, at the Owner's expense. (b) Any ATV/UTV that is impounded by Tribal Law Enforcement may be released to the registered owner with an order of the Tribal Court and proof of payment for any fines or penalties under this code.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
