(a) Any proposed amendments shall be reviewed by the Tribe's Legal Department for legal issues prior to action by the Committee. (b) Amendments to these By-Laws shall be recommended by the Committee to the Stockbridge-Munsee Tribal Council at a regular meeting. Amendments are effective upon adoption by the Committee and approval by the Tribal Council.
