(a) Any person who has attained the age of eighteen (18) years may marry if otherwise competent. (b) Any person between ages sixteen (16) and eighteen (18) may marry with the written consent of the person's parents, legal guardian or custodian.Stockbridge-Munsee Tribal Code.
