The Stockbridge-Munsee Tribal Court is authorized to dissolve a marriage by divorce when the parties are incompatible for any reason when either party is a resident of the Stockbridge-Munsee Community for at least six (6) months or is a member of the Stockbridge-Munsee Tribe, who has resided within the state of Wisconsin for at least six (6) months.Stockbridge-Munsee Tribal Code.
