The employee must initiate the court action within 30 calendar days of the event or events that gave rise to the employee's claim. In cases where the employee initiates the internal dispute resolution process, the employee must initiate the court action within 30 calendar days of receiving the final written communication of the internal dispute resolution process.Stockbridge-Munsee Tribal Code.
