The Mohican Nation will not employ minors in oppressive labor. In order to define oppressive labor, the federal Fair Labor Standards Act and any regulations created under it, may be used as a guide to establish a list of occupations, in which the employment of minors will not be permitted.Stockbridge-Munsee Tribal Code.
