(a) Nothing in this Ordinance shall impair the rights of the parties to settle on any liability that is claimed under this Ordinance on account of injury or death. (b) The worker, employer or insurer may petition the ALJ for review of a settlement within 3 months of reaching the compromise. If the ALJ determines that a compromise is unjust, the ALJ may set aside the compromise and determine the rights of the parties.Stockbridge-Munsee Tribal Code.
