(a) The Tribe (or its appropriate agency) may issue orders to any person to clean up any material which he, or his employee, or his agent has accidentally or purposely dumped, spilled, or otherwise deposited in or near reservation waters which may pollute them. The Tribe may also have the Tribal Attorney proceed and take appropriate action.Stockbridge-Munsee Tribal Code.
