The Stockbridge-Munsee Tribe shall be the sole operator, conductor, manager and owner of all gaming enterprises on tribal lands, except that in those cases where the Tribe may deem it appropriate to enter into a management contract, it shall have the authority to do so, in a manner consistent with federal laws governing the terms and approval of such contracts, and provisions of this Ordinance that may apply.Stockbridge-Munsee Tribal Code.
