If no Revenue Allocation Plan is prepared for the subsequent fiscal year, the terms of this Plan shall automatically be adopted, without any further Tribal Council action, to govern the allocation of net gaming revenues for the subsequent fiscal year.Stockbridge-Munsee Tribal Code.
