Section GOV.01.02 — Enforcement; Waiver
(a) In order to enforce the provisions of this Ordinance, the Tribe shall be subject to suit in law and equity for declaratory judgment and prospective injunctive relief in the Stockbridge-Munsee Tribal Court by persons subject to the jurisdiction of the Stockbridge-Munsee Tribal Court. No money damages shall be available in suits under this section.
(b) The Stockbridge-Munsee Community does not waive or limit any rights that it may have to be immune from suit in the courts of the United States or of any State.
