(a) Recall elections for the removal of a Tribal Council member are conducted in accordance with the procedures outlined under Article V, Section 2 of the Stockbridge-Munsee Constitution. (b) To the extent the Constitution does not address the specific process for voting the recall election, this Ordinance shall be used as guidance.Stockbridge-Munsee Tribal Code.
