In any designation, whenever a use is neither specifically permitted nor denied, the use shall be considered to be prohibited. In such a case a recommendation may be made by the Land Management Department to the Land Use Review Board for approval of other appropriate land for such use. The Tribal Council shall have final approval of such recommendation. If the use is approved, the applicant shall be granted a Conditional Use Permit.Stockbridge-Munsee Tribal Code.
