An estate may be reopened whenever necessary to dispose of a decedent's property discovered after their estate has been closed. The Court shall order distribution of the property to the person or persons entitled thereto after making whatever orders appear necessary to assure a just participation of the after discovered property in the expenses of the estate.Stockbridge-Munsee Tribal Code.
