Upon issuance of a Writ of Restitution, Tribal law enforcement officers shall enforce it by removing the Mortgagor and any other persons occupying the Leased Premises and their property. The Writ of Restitution shall be enforced no later than forty-five (45) days after a judgment of foreclosure has been entered or order appointing receiver has been entered.Stockbridge-Munsee Tribal Code.
