(a) The burden of proof for citations issued under this ordinance, unless specified otherwise, shall be by preponderance of the evidence, which is a showing that it is more likely than not that the facts alleged are true. (b) A citation for a violation of this ordinance must be issued within one (1) year after the commission of the violation.Stockbridge-Munsee Tribal Code.
