(a) This ordinance shall apply on the Stockbridge-Munsee Reservation, which for purposes of this ordinance includes proclaimed reservation lands and tribal trust lands as well as individual trust lands under the jurisdiction of the Stockbridge-Munsee Community.Stockbridge-Munsee Tribal Code.
