(a) Copies of all FOOD SERVICE PERMITS, TEMPORARY FOOD SERVICE PERMITS, and FOOD HANDLER CARDS will be maintained by the Health Director, or his/her designee. (b) The Health Director, working with the Tribe's prosecutor, may seek injunctive relief or other necessary relief through the Tribal Court against anyone who violates any section of this code, or order or directive of the Health Director.Stockbridge-Munsee Tribal Code.
