(a) These rules shall govern the procedure in the Tribal Court System in all actions, suits and proceedings of a civil nature. (b) There shall be one form of action known as a "civil action". (c) Reference herein to the Tribal Court System shall mean the system established by Chapter TCT.01, the Stockbridge-Munsee Tribal Court Code, consisting of a Trial Court and Court of Appeals.Stockbridge-Munsee Tribal Code.
