The Peacemaker System of the Stockbridge-Munsee Community is hereby established as part of the Tribal Court System. While a part of the Tribal Court System, the Peacemaker System will be independent from the Tribal Court judges. The Peacemakers may use the Tribal Court as a resource and infrastructure for purposes of supporting and maintaining the Peacemaker System.Stockbridge-Munsee Tribal Code.
