All Clerks of Court will assist parties before the Peacemaker System by providing information about the Peacemaker System, assisting individuals in filling out requests, assisting the Peacemakers in making reports, advising individuals how to obtain a protective order or file a complaint and in giving whatever kind of assistance individuals may need to make the Peacemaker System effective and to carry out the intent of these rules.Stockbridge-Munsee Tribal Code.
