Any civil or criminal actions in Tribal Court may be referred to the Peacemaker System in accordance with this Part where they fall within the kinds of matters within the jurisdiction of the Peacemaker System or where it is in the interests of justice to make such a referral for good cause shown, and where all parties agree to transfer.Stockbridge-Munsee Tribal Code.
