There shall be no right to a jury trial in actions brought pursuant to this Code. Upon the filing of pleadings the Court shall set a date for a trial of the case, and the trial shall be to the Court. The Court shall determine all issues of fact and law based upon the testimony and evidence submitted, and renders a judgment for either the plaintiff or defendant. The judgment of the Court shall be final.Stockbridge-Munsee Tribal Code.
