Although not mandatory, the Federal Rules of Evidence may govern the introduction and use of evidence in all cases before the Court. However, all material and relevant evidence which the Court deems proper and necessary for reaching a true and just verdict shall be admitted.Stockbridge-Munsee Tribal Code.
