(a) Service of any Writs shall be made personally on the recipient by an officer of the Stockbridge-Munsee Tribal Police Department or any person certified as an officer of the Court authorized to make personal service. (b) Proof of service of each Writ shall be maintained as part of each case file in the form of an affidavit of service sworn to and filed with the Court by the officer who served the Writ.Stockbridge-Munsee Tribal Code.
