Nothing in this Code shall affect the right of the Stockbridge-Munsee Tribe of the Stockbridge-Munsee Indian Reservation to assert immunity from suit by virtue of its status as a sovereign entity, except that the Tribe may not assert sovereign immunity when served as a garnishee pursuant to Section of this Code.Stockbridge-Munsee Tribal Code.
