(a) No person may obtain services from a tribal utility without authorization from the Tribe. (b) Any person, who obtains such unauthorized services by connecting to utility facilities without authorization or by tampering with or bypassing any meter, shall be liable to the Tribe for three times the value of the actual service obtained, in addition to the cost of correction.Stockbridge-Munsee Tribal Code.
