Abuse as a condition of termination of parental rights means: conduct resulting or likely to result in serious psychological/emotional or physical harm to a child including sexual abuse or exploitation when such conduct is engaged in or permitted by a person having care or custodial authority over such child.Stockbridge-Munsee Tribal Code.
