If a youth is eligible for enrollment in the Stockbridge-Munsee Tribe, the Indian Child Welfare Worker shall submit an application for enrollment of the youth to the Stockbridge-Munsee Community tribal enrollment clerk prior to any final order terminating parental rights.Stockbridge-Munsee Tribal Code.
