(a) This Ordinance shall take effect 30 calendar days after approval from the Bureau of Indian Affairs. (b) All current applicants, employees, volunteers, volunteer organizations that are within the scope of this Ordinance must apply for an Elder/Youth license within 60 calendar days after this Ordinance takes effect.Stockbridge-Munsee Tribal Code.
