After an investigation of Elder abuse, neglect or self-neglect, or exploitation is completed, the DES shall determine if the Elder or any other individual involved in the alleged abuse, neglect or self-neglect, or exploitation is in need of services under this Code.Stockbridge-Munsee Tribal Code.
