The purpose of this Act is to authorize the Governor to sign the document entitled "Cost-Sharing and System Integration Agreement" ("CSSI Agreement") to establish, among other things, the federal and non-federal costs of constructing the Pojoaque Basin Regional Water System ("RWS").Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
