Any person grazing livestock of any species on lands of the pueblo of San Ildefonso, whether assigned or unassigned, must have a permit from the Land and Livestock Commission. Failure to obtain such permit on order of the Commission shall constitute a violation and, upon conviction thereof, any person may be assess a penalty, damages, or any other order of the Commission or the Tribal Court.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
