Any person who allows their livestock of any species to trespass or stray on agricultural or residential lands of the pueblo of San Ildefonso shall be guilty of a violation and upon conviction thereof shall be assessed a penalty and any damages to property, and upon subsequent conviction of subsequent violations, shall be assessed a penalty plus costs, and may be ordered to pay damages to property and be subject to such other orders as the Tribal Court may direct.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
