In any case of dispute over ownership of branded or unbranded cattle and the brand inspector or the Land Livestock Commission is unable to determine ownership positively, such animal will be handled as an estray. It shall be sold and the proceeds turned over to the Pueblo.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
