Any person who allows their livestock to openly roam, stray or trespass on Pueblo lands or land assignments of other Pueblo members without permission or authority of the Pueblo or owner shall have violated this Act and upon conviction, shall be assessed a penalty or civil fine, costs and damages to property.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
