The Livestock Confinement Act of 2012 repeals and supersedes only certain sections of Title XV, Land and Livestock Management, specifically Section 44.2, Livestock Trespass, and Section 46.17 Unauthorized Leasing of Assigned Land, as well as any law or portion of the Pueblo's laws that are inconsistent with this Act. All other provisions of Title XV shall remain valid until amended by the Council.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
