The Council hereby finds and declares that: (a) The Pueblo de San Ildefonso Tribal Council has regulatory authority over the management of wildlife resources on Pueblo lands. (b) Unregulated hunting is detrimental to the wildlife and environment of the Pueblo. Civil Procedures for the enforcement of this Act are established herein, and enforcement shall be invoked and applied on an equal basis for all reported violations.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
