Any person who shall knowingly offer for sale, sell, pledge, accept or purchase any goods in pawn during the period of redemption by the owner thereof shall be guilty of a violation and, upon conviction thereof, may be subject to pay a penalty assessment of not to exceed $500.00, with costs, or to such other order of the court, and may be required by order of the Court to make proper restitution.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
