In the event that either party wishes to terminate the relationship established hereunder, this MOU shall terminate 30 days following receipt of written notice of such termination from either party. Provided, however, such termination shall not affect the Tribe's commitments under Sections 2(b), (f), (g), and (i) above, as long as Fannie Mae is the holder of any Mortgage originated pursuant to this MOU.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
