Any prior Corporation Codes are hereby repealed effective the date this Code is enacted. No corporations were organized under a Prior Corporation Code. Effective with the effective date of this Code, a corporation incorporated for a purpose or purposes for which a corporation may be incorporated under this Code shall be incorporated only under this Code.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
