(a) Required provisions. The articles of incorporation shall contain: (1) The name of the corporation; (2) The address of the registered office of the corporation and the name of its registered agent, if any, at that address; (3) The aggregate number of shares that the corporation has authority to issue; and (4) The name and address of each incorporator.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
