The consideration for the issuance of shares may be paid, in whole or in part, in cash, in other property, tangible or intangible or in labor or service actually performed for the corporation. Neither promissory notes nor future services shall constitute payment or part payment for this issuance of shares of a corporation.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
